Network administration is Help Desk Services. Your work force receives unlimited remote support from a U.S. based technician for any issue or request. Pricing is based on a per device model (computers, servers, networking devices) and per user model for things like VPN connections. We never charge for new computer provisioning; they are simply added to the monthly rate at the time of deployment. Plus, no markup on hardware if purchase through us.
Most MSP's (Managed Service Providers) charge on an MSP model but still operate as a break-fix model business. This is where we shine because we are different. Every ticket received from our customers is escalated to an engineer that analyzes the root cause and takes preemptive action to resolve the underlying issue on all other devices before it becomes a problem. Other MSP's simple fix the one ticket and move to the next one. That is bad for your bottom line.
Our job is to keep your workforce working, not to keep them on the phone with us. Onsite support is on an "as needed" basis and if "needed" will never cost you more. We stick to our flat fee model for included services.
